Description : Neroli essential oil is well-known for regenerating skin cells, toning mature, dry, sensitive skin, and for combating the effects of aging. It helps circulation problems, and reduces high blood pressure. It is an anti-depressant, and is known to both stimulate and relax the body. It promotes a restful sleep.
Use : Very relaxing and can relieve chronic anxiety, depression, fear, shock and stress, use for intestinal spasms, colitis and diarrhea, helps insomnia, treat headaches, neuralgia and vertigo, regenerate skin cells, prevent ugly scar tissue, promote a smoother skin, fighting stretch marks and broken capillaries.
Blend well with : Chamomile, Coriander, Geranium, Lavender, Rose, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, and citruses like Lemon.
Direction:
Oil Burner: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops of essential oil in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.
Precautions : Neroli oil is non-toxic, non-sensitizing, non-irritant and non-phototoxic yet must be used sparingly when a sharp clear head is needed, as it can be very relaxing.
